Each tent is designed to provide ample coverage and protection from the elements, creating a comfortable atmosphere for guests to relax, eat, and celebrate. No matter occasion, our tents will keep your event covered rain or shine!
Frame Tents
Frame tents are freestanding with the use of metal framework. With there being no center poles, this allows for more space and freedom when creating floor plans for your event.
Frame tents can be secured with either stakes, if on grass, or cement weights if on a hard surface, giving more flexibility for installation location.
We use cement weights specifically designed for the tent industry. Blocks are placed at the side poles ranging in sizes from 350lbs-750lbs depending on tent size to ensure the safety of your event. Tent weights are not included in the price of the tent.
A tent weight is needed at each pole of the frame as seen in photos. If the tent will be on a hard surface, please add the correct amount of tent weights to your Wishlist. Please reach out with any questions!
Pole Tents
Pole tents use tension on the side poles and center poles to support the vinyl top. Pole tents have center poles down the middle of the tent which provides support to the vinyl tent top. These center poles provide convenient ways to decorate the interior with lighting, draping or other decorations.
Pole tents must be staked into the ground. Stakes require approximately 5’-7’ additional space on each side of the tent. If tent needs to be on pavement or other hard surfaces where staking is not possible, please see our Frame Tents section.
